Khang Hy is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. In 2008, Khang Hy was created and formed. Its first venture was to build Sakaguchi Plastic Vietnam Factory for Nakano Corporation. Due to its nonexistent marketing efforts, Khang Hy had decided that it would like to create a strong identity to enhance its availability in the marketplace. CHALLENGES .
The client wanted the brand to be differentiated in the minds of the target audience. Facing competition from well established real estate brands, my major task, was to analyze a core set of real estate industry peers and uniquely introduce the brand's new vision through its identity. I prepared a brand identity questionnaire and requested the client to answer as many questions as he can. This helped me in understanding his requirements, expectations and in turn providing him with a creative solution. The client also requested the logo should be in gold color or meterial to bring good luck into the company. SOLUTION .
I worked closely with the client to decide the best direction for the brand. After a few revisions, we agreed on a mark that is unique and simple, the spirit and the bold nature of the brand with its bright and contrasting color palette.
